In order to process and approve your rental application, the following information is needed for all tenants over the age of 18:
1. Copy of each applicant’s Driver’s License/Photo ID and/or passport.
2. Proof of income: all applicants need to attach their last 2 pay stubs or 2 last month bank statements.
3. 3. Application fee of $60.00 per applicant Payable to «A-PRO Services, LLC.» [email protected], by cash, Zelle transfer or money order. ATTENTION: The application fee is NON-refundable.

Once the application is submitted and received the application fee, A-Pro Services takes up to 48 hours to process the application and give you a response.
